Happy Easter

I spent a lovely Easter day at my house with my parents, Dan, Bert and Ernie. We talked, watched movies, and ate. Mom brought homemade cole slaw and I made ham and scalloped potatoes, asparagus with balsamic butter sauce, biscuits, and coconut cream cake. Everything turned out perfectly, but the cake, well, took the cake.
